What if my product is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If the product is visibly damaged, do not accept delivery. If you notice any damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@primesourceindustrial.com within 24 hours and we will process an immediate replacement or refund (usually within 1 business day).
