Yes. Standard shipping is free on all orders shipped to the contiguous United States, with no hidden fees.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with transit taking 4-8 business days — most orders arrive within 5-10 business days total. Large equipment ships via LTL freight. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Yes. We offer a 30-day return window on select items. The item must be new, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached. A 25% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility for those returns. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are covered by us at no cost to you. Some industrial items are non-returnable and will be clearly noted on the product page. Inspect your item(s) when they arrive. If the product is visibly damaged, do not accept delivery — note it on the delivery receipt, or write "suspect damage" if you can't inspect it right away. Send photos to support@primesourceindustrial.com and we will process a replacement or refund within 7 days after inspection.
Yes, at no charge, provided it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, follow the standard return process instead. Note that certain custom-configured or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation.
