Are you an authorized dealer?+
Yes. Prime Source Industrial is an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, including EMAX, Triumph, Vestil, and SHINING 3D. Every product we sell is brand-new, genuine, factory-sealed, and fully backed by the manufacturer's warranty. We are not a third-party reseller of used or gray-market goods.
Do your products come with a warranty?+
Yes. Every product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and the specific coverage is listed at the bottom of each product page. As a general guide: Triumph tire and wheel service equipment and rolling bridge jacks carry a 1-year parts warranty, Triumph vehicle lifts carry a 1-year parts warranty plus a 1-year structural warranty, and EMAX, Vestil, and SHINING 3D products carry their own manufacturer warranties as stated on each listing. Are your products new or refurbished?+
All products sold by Prime Source Industrial are brand-new and genuine. We do not sell used, refurbished, open-box, or reconditioned equipment.
What if my equipment arrives damaged?+
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If you notice extreme shipping damage DO NOT accept delivery. If you suspect damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at support@primesourceindustrial.com with photos so we can arrange a replacement or repair. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
Do you offer freight shipping for large equipment?+
Yes. Large and heavy items such as air compressors, vehicle lifts, tire changers, and lift tables ship via freight carrier. Freight deliveries are typically curbside, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Do you offer a price match?+
Yes. If you find a lower advertised price on an identical in-stock item from an authorized dealer, contact us and we will do our best to match it. See our Price Match Service page for details.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.
How long does shipping take?+
Shipping times can vary depending on the brand. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, and some orders may ship the same day. Generally, you can expect to receive your product within 4-7 business days. Occasionally there may be unexpected delays, and if a longer shipping time is anticipated it will be clearly noted on the product page.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept a wide range of payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club) and digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, and PayPal. ACH Direct Debit is also available for eligible business orders.
What is your return policy?+
We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on select items. A 25% restocking fee may apply to change-of-mind returns, along with return shipping costs. Some industrial items are not eligible for returns or cancellations, and this will be specifically stated in the product description. For full details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my order?+
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they have been shipped, unless otherwise stated in the product listing for certain industrial items. Items that cannot be cancelled or returned will be clearly stated in the product listing. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@primesourceindustrial.com.
