Return Eligibility
Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. However, some manufacturers do not allow returns on certain products. If a product is not eligible for return, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
To be eligible for a return due to a change of mind, the item must be:
- Unused and in new condition
- In its original packaging
- Complete with all accessories, manuals, and included items
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, DO NOT accept delivery. Photos of the damage may be required to process your claim. Contact us and let us know so we can get the order resent to you.
Once the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges. No restocking fees apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Some industrial items are not eligible for returns and it will be clearly stated in the description. Other than that, if you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage, defect, or shipping error:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 25% restocking fee may apply, along with any manufacturer-imposed fees or processing costs.
- Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment.
If an order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return and may be subject to applicable return shipping costs and restocking fees. Some industrial products do not allow for returns or cancellations, so please read ad descriptions thoroughly.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
Lost Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, provide a replacement or full refund.
