Shipping Policy

At Prime Source Industrial, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and accurately.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the continental United States and transit time may vary by product and manufacturer. 

Most orders arrive within 4-7 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on product availability, carrier schedules, weather conditions, and delivery location.  Some industrial machinery may have longer shipping windows and will be mentioned in the ad description.

Shipping is free unless otherwise noted.

Freight Deliveries

Many of our products ship via LTL freight carriers due to their size and weight.

If your order ships by freight it may require additional transit time.

• The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

• Please provide a valid phone number during checkout.

• Delivery is typically curbside unless otherwise specified.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or contains the wrong product:

• Do not accept visibly damaged freight shipments.

• Take photos of any damage.

• Contact us as soon as possible at support@primesourceindustrial.com.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue by providing replacement parts, a replacement product, or another appropriate solution.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

If your shipment appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order.

Prime Source Industrial is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
