Resolution: We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping. No restocking fee (0%) applies for defective or damaged goods.

7.3 Incorrect Product Received. Notification: Inform us immediately upon receipt. Inspect the shipment and do not accept damaged or incorrect products. Resolution: We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned and ensure you receive the correct product.
